12:00pm - Gates open for all teams to set up camping and parking. (Prior to 12:00pm entrance will be open for expo and staff only)

12:00-10:00pm - Pre-riding of the course is open. Lap will be marked and ready to go. (Weather Pending)

6:00-8:00pm - Pre-registered riders may pick up their packets, timing chips, and numbers at this time. Registration may be open but limited.

8:00pm - Racer meeting and welcome gathering in the main expo. Area! Stop by have a beverage and hang out.

11:00pm-7:00am - Courtesy hours on the entire grounds. (Please respect your neighbors and get some rest for race day.)

Saturday morning Concessions by our selection of vendors will open. Times vary by vendor.

7:00-8:30 am - Course open for practice

9:00 am - All Race Start Time

3:00 pm - Red Earth 6 ends | Awards at 4:00pm

5:00-8:00pm - Complimentary Pig Roast onsite for all racers

7:00pm - Entertainment

9:00pm - Red Earth 12 ends | Awards at 10:00pm

9:00am - Red Earth 24 ends

10:15am - Awards Ceremony for the 24 hour event

4:00pm - All Participants and Spectators must be cleared out of the property. Clean up your area!

5:00pm - Facility closed. Thank you for another great weekend!
